gymnastics

Gymnastics is a sport that involves physical strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and agility. It is a great activity for children as it helps develop their motor skills, improve their posture, and increase their overall fitness levels. Gymnastics also promotes discipline, perseverance, and self-confidence.

At Fitmykid, we offer gymnastics classes for children between the ages of 14-16 years old. Our programs are designed to introduce children to the basics of gymnastics and help them develop their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Our experienced coaches focus on building a strong foundation in the fundamental gymnastics movements such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. We also teach children basic tumbling skills and introduce them to different apparatuses such as the balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise.

It’s recommended to seek guidance from a trained instructor before attempting these exercises.
